helloSun! is the first yoga mat made by a water-based vulcanization process. The result is a superior quality product without unpleasant odours. We have brought the yoga world together with our experience of 30 years of developing leisure products.

Light and easy to transport, helloSun! weighs 50% less than the rest of the rubber mats on the market:

Travel mat: 1.3mm x 60cm x 185cm = 1kg
Standard mat: 4mm x 60cm x 185cm = 1.8kg
Robust mat: 6mm x 60cm x 185cm = 2.4kg

With the helloSun! mat we have committed to drastically reducing our polluting emissions, making major efforts to manufacture more cleanly.
During the production process, we use raw materials and energy sources as efficiently as possible.
We comply with the strictest legal standards with regard to both the environment and labour.
We manufacture using open-cell rubber, following an exclusive vulcanization process that we call “Z.Natur”. The result is the most natural product on the mat market, which in addition to being biodegradable, is free of plasticisers, dangerous phthalates, heavy metals, PVCs, chemical agents, allergens or contaminants - and all odour-free.   
helloSun! mats are certified according to the Oeki-TEX 100, Class 1 regulation, which prohibits or limits the use of chemical substances in any part, raw material or accessory which comes into direct contact with the skin of a baby under 36 months.

We have invested lots of time and resources into guaranteeing that our products are as safe and natural as possible. This is seen in the tests we have carried out with the most prestigious international laboratories, such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Aitex, etc.
The natural rubber (or synthetic at the request of the customer) helloSun! mats have a cellular structure like that of sulphur (a chemical element, atomic number 16, with the symbol S), whereas PVC and TPE mats have a cellular structure like that of carbon (atomic number 6, with the symbol C).
Sulphur is an element which is highly sensitive to light and to the sun, and it is this characteristic which causes its structure to decompose and disappear with time. It is this process which is known as biodegradability.
Carbon, on the other hand, is an extraordinarily resistant chemical element. A PVC or TPE mat will never disappear totally, decomposing instead into highly resistant micro-particles that remain in the environment, contaminating air and water.

Thanks to its impressive grip, texture and the fact that we do not use chemical agents to avoid it, the helloSun! mat naturally attracts dust. This property diminishes with use.
helloSun! is a mat made of natural rubber, which makes it sensitive to light and to the sun.
To maximise its useful life, we recommend storing it in a dry place in a suitable bag after each session.
To clean the helloSun! Mat, use a damp cloth, or machine wash on a low-energy setting at 30 degrees.
